These are expensive. But they are a great tool for dieting! They taste good and have a great texture. A normal cupcake this size would easily be 100 calories or more. Plus they have a good protein to calorie ratio. They’re a perfect little treat to have before bed to stave off those evening hunger/cravings. Or if you want a tiny something sweet after dinner, but are watching your calories.

The best flavor is raspberry cream. Followed by chocolate. Then cinnamon. The lemon has a bit of an odd aftertaste. It’s not terrible, but not as good as the others.

Overall, if you are willing to spend the money, I think you’ll like them. I’m happy I tried them out!

So these cakes are kind of expensive for what they are, but I kind of like them. They were a little dry and crumbly, but the flavor was pretty good and they weren't overly sweet. Since I try to eat as little sugar as possible, these are pretty good if you want a sweet treat, but I do doctor them up to make them tastier. What I do is I crumble a cake in a bowl. Then I mix it up with some zero sugar redi whip and drizzle it with some Lily's chocolate that I've melted. Sometimes I even throw in some cut up bits of sugar free max mallow marshmallows (vanilla flavor works really well). This cake also works well folded in to some sugar free ice cream. I've only tried the chocolate flavor so far but am interested to try a few more.

Yes it tasted fresh, it states on the box to freeze as soon as you receive it. But I decided to open it and taste it. So yes it was delicious/low in calorie/ the size of a small cupcake and it has lots of cinnamon which is great. Yet I couldn't give it 5 stars because yes it is expensive, there were blank areas inside the "cake" and some of the "cake" was so stuck to the paper that you have to peel the cake off the paper or between the blank spots and the loss of the paper it definitely makes it less of a serving. I gave it 3 stars for the deliciousness. Will I buy again? I don't know.
